Technical control of main project includes checking of:
-compatibility with all terms and rules contained in the location permit and other regulations, technical norms, standards and quality norms, as well as mutual compatibility of all parts of the technical documentation.
-compatibility of project with the results of previous research (previous works)
-corresponding geotechnical information regarding foundation of buildings
-accuracy of technical-technological solutions of the building and methods of building construction
-stability and safety
-rationality of proposed materials
-effects on the environment and surrounding objects
Developing of reports of the existing situation and projects for execution which are subjected to revision by the Department of internal affairs. The process of legalization allows for illegally built buildings to be introduced into the legal framework, cadaster and land registry.
Buildings that are introduced into the cadaster allow the owner easier sale of the building, because there is no doubt in the ownership of the building. The building that is introduced into the cadaster can serve as collateral for a loan and it can be insured.
